You are paying $35 for a 30 minute face to face zoom call or telephone call with one of our tech support team members.  We can't guarantee that we can resolve your problem during this call, but we will do our best to recommend a solution to get you back to quilting as soon as possible.
We are able source parts for almost every brand of longarm quilting machine or direct you to where you can order parts.  Our goal is to minimize your downtime due to machine issues or education issues.
We are tracking how many customers we have been able to assist and will be able to provide statistics in the future.  Prepayment is required and is non-refundable.  If you miss your appointment, you must schedule and pay for a new one.
